HOW TO READ THIS TABLE
Ranking = score on our 33-criterion screen (quality, financial condition, growth, earnings, valuation, momentum, ownership/liquidity) from each stock's Analysis & Valuation workbook, all priced at the September 25, 2026 close (the usual one-week cadence from the Sep 18 anchor). Score measures how completely a stock passes the screen — the PROFILE matters as much as the number: NO NEW EARNINGS landed for any of the 21 tickers in the Sep 19-25 window — a pure Tier-1 price/technicals refresh across the board (MU's next report was re-verified and stays confirmed for Sep 30, just after this anchor). MU and NVDA hold their tie for the series high, both flat at 24/33. TSM and GOOGL each rise +1 to 23/33, tying for third: TSM's gain is a clean momentum reset as the mid-June selloff rolled out of the trailing-quarter window, while GOOGL's forward-P/E-vs-5-yr-average test flipped to pass on a pullback. NFLX, GLW, VRT and DKNG each rose +1 on momentum or valuation criteria flipping to pass, with no earnings trigger. HOOD and IREN were the week's worst movers, both -2: HOOD's weekly and 52-week momentum both flipped to fail on a quiet week with no fundamental change; IREN pulled back below its 200-day SMA. DELL slipped -1 to 17/33 despite a strong +5.01% week — the classic "good tape, expensive stock" pattern, costing it a valuation and a momentum test at the higher price. MRVL and PLTR each slipped -1 on valuation tests breaking at higher prices with no new earnings to justify the multiple. 12-mo PT = our own price target. Bold rows = top 10, detailed below.

iiReport — STOCK RANKING & PRICE TARGETS
MU holds 24/33 (flat), tied with NVDA for the series high, on a +6.55% week of continued memory-cycle strength. Quality remains a full sweep (Financial 4/4, Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2). Next earnings was flagged for re-verification and stays CONFIRMED for Sep 30, 2026 — no surprise, still just after this anchor. Hold the SMA-50 ($941.62); reclaim recent highs near $1,096. Our 12-month $1,145 (+6%).
NVDA holds 24/33 (flat), tied with MU for the series high, on a quiet +1.26% week. Financial 4/4 + Mgmt 3/3 + Growth 3/3 + Earnings 2/2 + Momentum 3/3 remain a full sweep — the cleanest quality profile in the series alongside MU's. Hold the SMA-50 ($215.98); reclaim recent highs near $236. Our 12-month $315 (+40%).
TSM rises +1 to 23/33, tying GOOGL for third, as a broad +3.67% week rolled the mid-June selloff out of the trailing-quarter window and flipped momentum back to 3/3. Financial 4/4 + Mgmt 3/3 + Growth 3/3 + Earnings 2/2 remain intact. Hold the SMA-50 ($420.18); reclaim recent highs near $455. Our 12-month $470 (+4%). Next earnings estimated Oct 15.
GOOGL rises +1 to 23/33, tying TSM for third, on a -1.61% pullback that let the fwd-P/E-vs-5yr-average test flip to pass, with momentum churn netting the gain. Growth 3/3 and Mgmt 3/3 remain intact. Hold $338.21; reclaim the SMA-50 ($344.29). Our 12-month $430 (+25%). Next earnings Oct 28.
AMZN holds 22/33 (flat) on a quiet -1.59% week with no net criterion flips. The Jul-30 Anthropic-gain caveat on the trailing P/E still stands. Hold $249.73; reclaim recent highs near $293. Our 12-month $315 (+26%).
UBER holds 22/33 (flat) on a quiet -1.25% week, still ACCUMULATE ON WEAKNESS on the series' best Valuation profile (PEG, P/E). Hold $68.18; reclaim the SMA-50 ($73.30). Our 12-month $100 (+44%). Next earnings Nov 3.
VST holds 21/33 (flat) on a quiet -1.57% week. The statistics page and the fresh daily-history API agreed exactly this cycle — no feed-lag exception needed, for the second straight cycle. Financial 1/4 remains the standing structural caveat. Hold $136.21; reclaim the SMA-50 ($145.60). Our 12-month $190 (+37%). Next earnings Nov 5.
BABA holds 19/33 (flat): an institutional-ownership sponsorship test flipped to pass, exactly offset by a momentum test flipping to fail on a -3.09% week. Still the deep-value profile: cheap on forward multiples, though ROIC remains below WACC. Hold $108; reclaim recent highs near $116. Our 12-month $150 (+37%). No new earnings; last report Aug 20.
AMAT holds 19/33 (flat) despite a strong +9.10% week that reset support/resistance levels — no criterion flipped. Quality remains flawless (Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2); Valuation remains the binding constraint. Hold $464; reclaim the SMA-50 ($507). Our 12-month $495 (+2%).
NFLX rises +1 to 18/33, entering the top 10 as DELL drops out — a barely-positive trailing-quarter return improved momentum to 2/3 on a quiet -0.90% week. No new earnings in the window; next report estimated late Oct. Hold $70.09; reclaim the SMA-50 ($75.54). Our 12-month $115 (+62%).
